We are fully committed to changing and further developing the landscape of our education sector by offering a variety of customized educational support programmes, projects and unique ECD, primary school and high school product and service offerings.

We deliver a positive Return on Investment (ROI) to all CSI programme and project partners by bridging the gap within the South African and African education sector. Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E), sustainability and a ‘grass roots’ level approach are key components to all business operations.
Through Brainwave Careers (NPC), our non-profit company, we are able to issue an 18A certificate to assist companies and businesses in reaching and achieving their CSI and SED goals, objectives and mandates. Brainwave Careers (NPC) is 100% B-BEEE compliant (level 1).
Track record and awards.
Our track record is testament to the excellence that we deliver within our field of work. Brainwave produced the best Grade R teacher and 2nd best Grade 7 Mathematics teacher in the Free State (2015).
